Though she may paint alone, she shines as a project leader and manager. She prioritizes utilizing creativity to become an expert problem solver. Her event planning knowledge and understanding of the customer experience makes her sought after as an event consultant. She also has experience managing a group of 50+ employees.
As an artist, she has experience with murals and private works. She uses her artistic sensibilities as a balloon and event stylist.
Being a Manager at several birthday party entertainment facilities allowed her the experience and insight to connect how art and events can play a transformational role in helping people feel celebrated, seen, and heard. This party and event background ignited her entrepreneurial endeavors and led to the creation of Enjoy Erica Art Studio, an online and in-person art workshop experience that provides relaxation and uplifting moments to those who participate. She has been certified as a Therapeutic Art Life Coach for these workshop purposes.
